• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Services.
• "Services" includes validator nodes, RPC endpoints, snapshots, and all related infrastructure.
• "Network" refers to blockchain networks that we provide validation services for.

While we strive to provide high-quality, reliable services, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to Services
• Error-free or bug-free operation
• Specific validation rewards or returns
• Immunity from network-level issues or attacks

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

Fees and Payments

• Service fees and commission rates will be clearly communicated
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payment must be made in the designated cryptocurrency or payment method

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Winnode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINNODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from network failures, slashing events, or validator penalties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party actions or blockchain network issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Winnode, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit to binding arbitration before pursuing litigation, except where prohibited by law.
